Demographic & Identity data of the child

Name, Parent or guardian name, email address, contact number, photograph, location, gender, school name, birth date and year of the child

Demographic, Identity and financial data of the Trainer or other user

Name, email address, contact number, photograph, location, gender, personal biographical and academic credentials, professional qualifications, employment history, as well as location and residency status, tax status, and financial data (for example, bank account, wallet, or other payment details).

Shared Content

While utilizing our Services, you can communicate with trainers/mentors, other students, counsellors, and other users, and share content publicly, such as in-class performance, and assignments, and by posting evaluations about your in-class experiences, including performance updates. Depending on where it is placed, such shared content may be available to the public.

Class Content

We record the class/demo class conversations or snap screenshots during the classes. We retain full rights and ownership over such recordings and screenshots.

Payment Data

If you make a payment, we will gather specific payment information (such as your name, pin/zip/geography code, currency, and payment instrument) as needed to process your order.

You must give our payment processing partners specific payment and billing information, such as your name, payment instrument information (such as debit/credit card information), payment provider login, billing address, and geo/pin/zip code. For security reasons, we do not collect or keep sensitive cardholder information, such as complete debit/credit card numbers or card authentication data.

Publicly available sources

We may also obtain Data about you from publicly available sources of information.

  • For Security and Legal Compliance: We can disclose the necessary information to law enforcement, government agencies, courts, dispute resolution bodies, regulators, auditors, and any entity nominated or asked by appropriate regulators to conduct investigations or audits of our activities. 7. How do we secure your and your child’s Data?

We are devoted to safeguarding your information appropriately and under strict confidentiality. We shall notify you of any applicable regulators of a suspected data security breach if we are legally bound to.
